Coordinator Appointed – Records Information Liaison or Alternate must identify and submit their list of records information coordinator (by 3 March 2017) for business units within their organization. If the unit has more than 8 employees, then a records information coordinated must be designated for the unit.
Self-Assessment Completed – Records Information Liaison or Alternate must take RIM’s self-assessment survey (by 3 March 2017) to assist in making a preliminary assessment of the status of RIM. The survey can be taken here.
RM Mandatory Awareness Training Verification – Records Information liaison or Alternate must notify RIM Office of employee(s) failing to complete RM Mandatory Awareness Training Course. This notification must be done by Friday, 13 May 2017.
Records Clean Up Completed – Records Information Liaison or Alternate must lead a records clean-up for their respective organization. The records clean-up must be completed by 31 December 2017.
Improvement Plan Completed – Records Information Liaison or Alternate must submit a Records Management Plan for area of improvement, per self-assessment. This plan must be completed by 31 December 2017. Please use following template to submit plan.
RIM 101 Training Completed – Records Information Liaison and Alternate has until 31 December 2017 to complete required RIM 101 Training. They are required to take the class only one time in 2017.
